Let's face it: parenting is hard. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be the “perfect parent” and ultimately, we just want our kids to be happy and thrive. The ancient practice and wisdom of mindfulness helps us to understand that we are all perfectly imperfect and that we have all the tools within us to manage stress, choose our responses and show up in a way that helps to foster resiliency in our kids.

This webinar features Guest Speaker Sarah Harmon, licensed mental health counselor and mindfulness instructor, and founder of Be Well With Sarah. She will teach parents and caregivers of young children the foundations of mindfulness and most importantly, how mindfulness can help you be more present, compassionate and accepting for your children or the children you care for.

Viewers will learn simple strategies to cultivate mindfulness in daily life, model and teach self-reflection and acceptance, and nurture the evolving parent/child connection.

Taught by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Labor & Delivery Nurse.

Please note: This video is a pre-recorded webinar. Some features may not be available to this audience, including the ability to ask 'live' questions.
